PDF Conversion
PDF is a final-output format, so most PDF work is conversion in one direction or the other: getting content *into* a PDF, getting it back *out* into something editable, or reorganising pages inside a file you already have.
Convert into PDF
Pick the source format you actually have. Word and Markdown give the cleanest results because the source carries structure; JPG is for scans and photos; HTML preserves styling from a web page.
Convert out of PDF
Word output keeps editable text and layout; JPG gives you one image per page for slides and previews; plain text is what you want when you only need the words, and the image extractor pulls out embedded graphics at full resolution.
Merge, split and reorganise
The Organizer handles most page-level jobs in one place — reorder, rotate, delete and extract. Use the single-purpose tools when you only need one operation and want to skip the extra clicks.
Reduce size and prepare for sharing
Compress for email attachments and upload limits; flatten when you need to stop form fields and annotations from being edited; grayscale is the biggest single saving for text-only scans.
Secure and sign
Protect adds a password. Unlock removes one — only use it on documents you own or have permission to modify. Redact permanently removes content rather than covering it.
