JSON Tools
JSON tools read, check and reshape JSON data. This set covers the four jobs that come up most: making JSON readable, proving it is syntactically valid, comparing two versions of a document, and converting between JSON and other data formats.
Format, validate and compare
Open the Formatter when JSON is unreadable but you know it is valid. Open the Validator when something rejects your payload — it names the line and character where parsing failed. Use the Diff when you need to see what changed between two documents rather than whether they are valid.
Convert between data formats
These are two-way converters. Pick by which format you are holding and which one the receiving system wants — CSV for spreadsheets, YAML for config files, TOML for Rust and Python projects, SQL for seeding a database, XML for older enterprise APIs.
Work with JSON payloads from APIs
JSON rarely arrives alone. Decode a token to read its JSON claims, test an endpoint to see the raw payload, then turn a captured request into runnable code.
