At ToolWise, accessible from https://www.freetoolwise.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by ToolWise and how we use it.
We pride ourselves on privacy. The majority of the tools on ToolWise (such as the Password Generator, Case Converter, Word Counter, and Base64 Converter) process your data locally within your browser. This means the text you type is never transmitted over the internet or saved to our servers.
For tools that require AI processing (such as the Summarizer, Paraphraser, and Grammar Checker) or Translation, your text is securely transmitted to our third-party API providers strictly for the purpose of generating the result. We do not store, log, or train models on the data you submit to these tools.
ToolWise follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Like any other website, ToolWise uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Please note that even when you opt out of personalized ads you will still see ads on ToolWise, but they will be less tailored to you. You can withdraw or change that consent at any time from the cookie banner; withdrawing consent returns you to non-personalized ads — it does not remove the ads themselves.
