Frequently Asked Questions
How does the mood tracker work?
Pick a mood that matches how you feel today, optionally add one or more trigger tags (Work, Sleep, Family, and so on), write a short note if you want, and save. Each day is stored as one entry.
Can I edit or change a past entry?
Yes. Each entry has an edit button to change the mood, tags, or note. You can also delete an entry entirely. Only one entry per day is allowed; editing today's entry will update instead of duplicating.
What is the 30-day trend chart?
The chart plots each of your last 30 days on a scale from 1 (Bad) to 5 (Great), so you can spot patterns in your emotional well-being over time. Days with no entry are shown as gaps.
What are trigger tags?
Triggers are common life areas that affect mood — Work, Sleep, Health, Money, Friends, and more. Tagging entries helps you see which factors correlate with your good and difficult days in the breakdown.
Is this private?
Completely. Your mood history is stored only in your browser via local storage. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and nobody — including us — can read your notes.
Can I filter my entries?
Yes. Use the tag filter at the top of your entries list to only show days that include a specific trigger such as Work or Sleep, so you can review how that factor affects you.
